washing machine king size bed street music inconsistent hot water
i loved that our room had a washing machine. it was so useful after spending the day walking around. the hotel provided a king size bed in the suite, really nice. the gym was clean too and seemed well maintained. the location was amazing, close to a bts station.
the hotel street had many small bars with music. it made it difficult to sleep until late at night. also i noticed the hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

the rooms are very clean. the location is close to most shopping malls.
the staff is not very helpful and does not speak respectfully. the staff i encountered in the morning was very annoying.

I enjoyed room size. I liked rooftop pool because it had good views. The shop in lobby offered good coffee. It was really convenient. I had a good experience here.
Hot water in showers took long time to heat up. I had to run water for 15 minutes. Adjusting it was difficult.

Hotel is close to a central transit hub. It is minutes away. Getting anything at any time of night is very easy. Despite that, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. That was a plus.

adequate but with issues
the location was near the bts train station.
The hot water in the shower was unreliable. I had to let the water run for a long time to get it warm. it was hard to adjust the temperature, and i kept getting either scalded or frozen, not great. I was told this was normal.
